Remote tech support for both small office and home users ia one of our specialities., Using either a Mac or PC. We offer a 7 day guarantee on our service. If the same problem that we worked on returns within 7 days, we will fix it at no extra charge.


Remote access support is included with montnly service contract clients. For hourly remote support, the rate is $75/hour requiring the first hour being prepaid to begin the session. Any addtional remote support time after 1 hour will be billed at the completionof the session via eletronic invoice and require payment at that time - all major credit cards or a PayPal account are acceted forms of payment.
